H.L. "Tim" Harvey graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bluefield State College, Bluefield, West Virginia, in 1985, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

 

Mr. Harvey advanced his education by attending the West Virginia University College of Law from which he received a degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1989 and successfully passed the West Virginia State Bar Examination that same year.
