Joseph T. Harvey graduated in 2001 from Bluefield State College, Bluefield, West Virginia, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mr. Harvey then attended the West Virginia University College of Law where he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2004 and passed the West Virginia State Bar Examination that same year.

 

Since graduating law school, based upon his strong belief in and respect for both the United States and West Virginia Constitutions, Mr. Harvey has spent his career protecting his clients from government abuse. Mr. Harvey has focused his practice almost exclusively in criminal defense. During this time, Mr. Harvey has had countless jury trials and negotiated numerous agreements wherein his clients benefited greatly.
